Where does Spotless Solutions provide house cleaning?
We serve homes across the state of Michigan. Because crew availability varies by area, we confirm coverage for your exact address before scheduling. Add your ZIP code when you request a price and we will tell you whether we can take your address — if we cannot reach you yet, you can join the waitlist for that area.
What types of cleaning can I request?
You can request recurring cleaning weekly, every 2 weeks, or monthly; a quarterly visit booked as either a regular or a deep clean; a one-time clean; or a move-in / move-out clean for an empty home. Care Extras such as refrigerator interior, oven interior, interior windows, and laundry are selected separately during booking.
How do recurring cleaning plans work?
A recurring plan is a standing appointment on the cadence you choose, and every visit covers the same standard room-by-room checklist. Deep cleaning and Care Extras are separate services you add only on the visits you want them. Changes made 48 or more hours before your arrival window are free, and there is no cancellation fee for the plan itself.
How quickly is a booking confirmed?
Your time is reserved when your 50% deposit is paid. You pick a real opening, pay 50% securely, and the appointment is confirmed straight away with your date and arrival window. The remaining 50% is collected after your clean.
