A recurring house cleaning follows the same room-by-room checklist every visit: kitchen surfaces and appliance exteriors, bathrooms (tub, tile, toilet, vanity, mirrors), bedrooms (make/straighten linens, dust, floors), living spaces (dusting, glass, floors), and floors throughout. Optional Care Extras like refrigerator interior, oven interior, interior windows, and laundry are selected during booking.

Weekly works well for homes with pets, kids, or high traffic. Biweekly is the most common cadence and fits most households. Monthly is a good fit when you keep up between visits and want a professional reset each month. You can change cadence at any time.

Regular (recurring or one-time) cleaning maintains the surfaces most used day-to-day. Deep cleaning adds detailed attention to baseboards, cabinet fronts, appliance exteriors, and bathroom detail work — it takes longer and is priced higher. Many new plan customers start with a deep clean so the routine begins from a fully clean baseline.

Pricing depends on square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, cleaning type (recurring, one-time, deep, or move), cadence, service level, and any Care Extras. To keep quotes accurate and personal, we only share your price after you complete a short verified quote request — that lets us match your home details to the right service and confirm we cover your address. Recurring plans save meaningfully per visit vs a one-time regular clean.

No. Many customers provide access instructions and are not home during the visit. You can leave a lockbox code, garage code, or door code in your booking notes. If you'd prefer to be home, that's fine too.

Yes. These are Care Extras selected during booking. Members save 10% on Care Extras. Add-ons only apply to the visits you select them on, so you're never charged for extras you didn't request.

Your time is reserved when your 50% deposit is paid. You pick a real opening, pay 50% securely, and your date and arrival window are confirmed straight away. The remaining 50% is collected after your clean.

Yes. Changes made at least 48 hours before your arrival window are free. Changes 24–48 hours ahead are 50% of the visit price, and changes inside 24 hours (or same-day cancellations) are 100%. Company cancellations, severe weather, or unsafe travel are always a free reschedule or account credit.

Yes. Move-in and move-out cleaning is for empty homes and is priced by property details. It includes inside cabinets and drawers, inside refrigerator/freezer/oven, detailed bathrooms, interior windows, and full floor detail. See the Move-In / Move-Out page for the checklist and quote process.
