Service scope
Spotless Solutions provides residential cleaning services in Michigan. Details of each service are described on this site and confirmed in your booking or quote.
Payment
No payment is collected through this website. After you approve your personalized quote, payment method and timing are arranged directly with Spotless before service.
Cancellations
See our Recurring Service and Cancellation Policy page for full details. In short: free changes 48+ hours ahead, 50% at 24–48 hours, 100% inside 24 hours or same-day.
Spotless Promise
If we missed an included area, tell us within 24 hours and we will return within 48 hours to make that area right at no additional charge. Refunds require manager approval.
Access and safety
You are responsible for providing safe home access. If our team cannot safely access the property or if unsafe conditions exist on arrival, the visit may be canceled and the cancellation fee may apply.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the affected visit, except where prohibited by law.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms and will post the current version on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
Google Maps Platform
Our booking pages use Google Maps Platform to help you enter a Michigan address quickly. By using the address search you also agree to the Google Terms of Service and the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service, which are incorporated into these terms by reference.
