Cabinet fronts spot-cleaned
Trash emptied and liner replaced
Floor swept, vacuumed, and mopped

Tub and shower scrubbed
Tile and grout wiped
Toilet cleaned inside and out
Vanity, sink, and fixtures polished
Mirrors cleaned
Towels and bath mats straightened
Floor detailed

Bedrooms

Beds made or linens straightened
Surfaces dusted
Mirrors and glass wiped
Floors vacuumed or mopped
Wastebaskets emptied

Living spaces

Furniture surfaces dusted
Cushions straightened
Ceiling fans and light fixtures (reachable) wiped

Hardwood and tile mopped with appropriate solution

Recurring & One-Time Regular

The full room-by-room checklist above, every visit. Care Extras — refrigerator interior, oven interior, interior windows, laundry — are optional add-ons.

Deep Reset

Everything in the baseline, plus focused detail work: baseboards, cabinet fronts, appliance exteriors, and deeper bathroom detailing.

Move-In / Move-Out

For empty homes. Everything in Deep Reset plus inside cabinets, drawers, and appliance interiors so the space is truly move-ready.

Not included

A few things need a specialist — or a custom quote.

–Biohazard cleanup, mold remediation, and hoarding conditions
–Pet accident and post-construction debris
–Exterior windows and gutters
–Heavy wall washing (available as a Care Extra by request)
–Chandeliers and fixtures above safe reach
–Firearms, valuables, and prescription medication (untouched)
