Weekly
Weekly keeps a home at a steady baseline. It is the best fit for households with children, multiple pets, frequent guests, home offices or anyone who simply does not want to think about cleaning between visits. Because almost nothing accumulates in seven days, each visit is efficient, which is why it carries the largest discount at 25% per visit.
Every 2 weeks (biweekly)
Biweekly is the balanced choice for a lot of households: long enough between visits that the value is obvious, short enough that bathrooms and kitchens never get away from you. Two weeks is roughly the point where soap scum and kitchen grease start to need real effort, so a biweekly plan usually stays a maintenance visit rather than turning into a recovery visit. It saves 20% per visit.
Monthly
Monthly works well for smaller homes, couples without pets, second homes and households that keep up with daily tidying but want the heavier work handled. Expect each visit to do more work than a weekly visit, because four weeks of buildup is real. It saves 15% per visit.
Quarterly
Quarterly is a seasonal reset rather than a maintenance rhythm. It suits low traffic homes and people who clean regularly themselves but want a professional pass a few times a year. Quarterly can be booked as a regular clean or a deep clean, saves 10% per visit, and is the one recurring option with no two clean minimum.
How to choose in three questions
- How long does the home stay the way you like it after a clean? If the answer is under a week, go weekly. One to two weeks, go biweekly. Three weeks or more, monthly is fine.
- Are there pets, children or heavy foot traffic? Each of those pushes the cadence shorter.
- What will you actually keep? A biweekly plan you maintain beats a weekly plan you keep rescheduling.
Cadence and cost
Shorter cadences cost less per visit and more per month, because you are getting more visits. Longer cadences cost more per visit and less per month. There is no cadence that is universally cheaper, so pick based on how the home lives and let the discount follow. Recurring members also save 10% on Care Extras such as inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, interior windows and blinds.
Switching later
Households change. If a weekly plan turns out to be more than you need, or a monthly plan is not keeping up, you can change cadence by giving the notice listed in the table above. The two clean minimum applies to weekly, biweekly and monthly plans before a change or stop takes effect.
